材料
A:普通面粉300克(过筛)、发粉2茶匙、A蛋1粒、buttermilk 3⁄4 杯、植物油1⁄3 杯
A:300 g plain flour(sifted), 2 tsp baking powder, 1 Grade A egg, 3⁄4cup buttermilk, 1⁄3 cup vegetable oil

B:Cheddar 芝士茸125克、熏三文鱼80克、任何鲜香草茸1⁄3 杯、西兰花5朵、芝士鲜奶油1⁄2 杯
B:125g grated cheddar cheese, 80g smoked salmon, 1⁄3cup fresh herb of your choice, 5 florets brocolli, 1⁄2 cup cream cheese

做法
1.把烤炉预热至180℃,把约15个松饼杯模铺在松饼烤盘中。
1.Heat the oven to 180℃, line 15 pcs medium sized paper liners in a muffins pans.

2.鲜香草、三文鱼及西兰花剁碎备用。(图1-3)
2.Chopped salmon, herbs and brocolli, set aside.(pic 1-3)

3.把面粉和发粉混合,然后加入鸡蛋、buttermilk及植物油,再加入芝士茸、熏三文鱼、西兰花及鲜香草茸,混合成面糊。(图4-5)
3.Mix together the flour and baking powder in a large bowl. Beat in the egg, buttermilk and oil. Lastly mix in the grated cheese, chopped smoked salmon, brocolli and fresh herb.(pic 4-5)

4.把面糊倒入松饼杯模里至半满,然后中间加入1茶匙芝士鲜奶油,再继续铺入面糊至满。(图6)
4.Spoon into the muffin liners until each is filled halfway, then place a heaping tsp of cream cheese in the middle of each muffin. Cover with more batter until they are full with mixture.(pic 6)

5.放入烤炉烤约10分钟,取出烤盘转方向,以确保火候均匀,再烤10分钟或至顶面转黄即可。 (图7)
5.Bake for 10 minutes, then take the pan out and turn it around so that the muffins cook evenly. Put the pan back into the oven and continue to cook for another 10 minutes, or until the muffins are just browning on top.(pic 7)
